Yes..you should receive a confirmation email. It comes within a few minutes. I print it out just to have it documented. If you were charged a fee, you were on a fraudulent site. The confirmation should show name ,DOB , passport number, arrival day and where you are staying. Safe travels!

Your conformation is the submission received. Make sure all the information is correct, name, passport number, flight date and number and then take a picture of that with your cell phone. Also put that email in a handy folder just in case. If you're stopped by immigration before you get to the kiosks, just show them the screen shot on your phone and all will be good.

Yeah! Next time we go we will pre-game and us the website. When we arrived at Mobay it was a zoo getting that form ready. So many people were confused with the systems Ja had set up.. Finally got a form to fill out from a kind official. But it did take a while to get out of Customs. Had not been out there since the changed that system we were used to.

Online C5 works nicely. Got printouts of the confirmation but left them at home, did not need them. No problem at the kiosk except for the terrible selfie...
