Just got off the phone with Ricky 22 Pac. He took his scooter down to the beach road and has a friend with a generator and wifi.

He has been up around LTU and down to the beach road. Mary's Bay was hit hard.
Canoe Bar & Restaurant is pretty much destroyed. Mi Yard had some damage but should be okay. Trees and poles down all over. LTU Garden looked good, he didn't look across the road at LTU Cliff Pub, but thinks it is okay.

The Car Wash on Nompariel Road has FREE Wifi access via StarLink. Please pass the word.

Throp on Youtube is posting before, during and after videos. He is Winthrop Wellington from Travellers.

In Ricky's opinion, most places on the beach had minor damage, mostly trees down and such.

Thanks for the report. I've been watching Throp. He tried to get up there but had to turn around at Canoe. LTU Pub should be okay as long as the storm surge didn't crash in over the cliffs.

I saw a video by @Throp (he owns Travelers and you can check him out on Youtube) of part of the West End and he showed canoe bar completely flattened. He's trying to produce more videos of Negril, so you can search Youtube for his @Thorp handle for more info...

My wife talked to one of our friends who works at LTU Cliff. She said they got very little damage but now have a huge cleanup ahead. I'm just glad they all made out OK.
