....I love how the sea is different each day. Strong waves made it hard to swim so I did get knocked down and water up the noise and in the mouth lol. Weird too I got a cold last night (sinuses mad!) and woke up congested but its all seems to be working out today ha. Usually salt water does me good but went to the wrong locations I think lol.
