Has anything changed & are we filling it out like before Hurricane Melissa?
While Hurricane Melissa prompted a temporary, specific protocol for disaster relief personnel, it did not change the general requirement for all visitors to fill out the C5 form.

Just filled mine out for Saturday, no change.
I filled ours out last night for a vacation that might not happen. We are supposed to leave on the 29th, but Negril still doesn't have power
