The lines at Scotia and NCB were long and slow.
Scotia had one or two ABMs operational.

NCB, I had more luck at the drive thru than the machines inside.

The best luck I had was at the private ABM at Boardwalk Village resort. ABM is located near the bar.
US only $200 US Max with $7 US fee.
It was out of cash last Friday and Saturday.

A case of Bottled water at Hi Lo last week was 1,500 J, I suggest you buy several cases.

I was careful where I bought food, without generators there is no refrigeration. Without clean pipe water there is no hygiene.

All that said, this was my best reach ever!

Happy, exactly my plan, cash and lots of wata! The lack of clean water is my primary concern, still far better than the DR. Big up to you on a great stretch!
