We stay at the Blue Cave Castle which is just down the road and have never seen a "public" laundry in the area. Wherever we have stayed be it beach or cliffs, a nice tip to your housekeeper will usually get a load of laundry done. Never stayed at Samsara but it can't hurt to ask.
