Take it. We have a timeshare there and it's in a nice location. IF that make it a gift via RCI, remind them that they have 2 years from the time it is gifted until it expires. If they just make the arrangements for them and the couple uses it, then there isn't that time limit, but they should use it sooner than later anyway.
