A Caesar is similar to a bloody mary with the key difference being clamato juice instead of tomato juice. Along with a good shot of vodka add a few squirts of worchestershire (sp??) sauce and tobasco sauce, a slice of celery or pickled asparagus, salt rimmed glass and away you go. The clamato makes it a much "heartier" drink, not so thin.
And since you have that big bottle of clamato on hand now, don't be shy to mix 1 part to 3 parts beer. Deeeeeeeeeeelicious.

Yum!!! Definitely a Caesar for me ...... I've always used clamato, worchestershire, tobasco, and a little dill juice to make my bloody mary's ..... but didn't know it had a different name ...
