Is it safe to camp in Negril ?? Are there secure camping facilities?

I have friends that used to camp out on the westend at the Lighthouse Park,they loved it! Not really sure if the are still open maybe someone else can help?

There is still camping at Roots Bamboo. It is alot more seedy looking now. Used to camp there 15 to 20 years ago, and at that time would bring our 2 kids. Always felt safe.

Lighthouse Park is indeed still open!

Judy House offers "backpackers" cabins - very basic, shared bath - a small room (like the size of a tent) with a bed and dresser I think. The grounds are beautiful and the hostess AMAZING. Check them out!
