Please don't get me wrong here. I'm not dissin Jimmy's place, or the people who frequent it, or investors, ownership, nothing like that. It's the Burger. On the menu it is named the "Cheese Burger In Paradise". Immortalized in song and described poetically as something we might desire after a long regiment of Ital, Jerk, or some other non American fare. The Cheese Burger In Paradise is an Iconic symbol of Jimmy's Restaurant and for some reason it has gone to pot. Harlan Sanders (KFC) would NEVER allow someone using his name to mess up his recipe or his chicken and I would expect the same from Jimmy B.

You Americans are lucky to be able to get cheeseburgers in Negril, whatever they taste like. I can't get jellied eels and mushy peas anywhere.
Rise early, treat everyday as though it's your last and your last day as it's your first.

and at SeaStar Inn.......huge monster of a burger at a reasonable price

somehow I see you sitting on your towel on da beach and eating a big helping of Jerk Pork from the Pork Mon.........
or having Patties from the Pattie Mon........or some great Lobsters from the Lobster Mon.......
and sliding it down with some cold Red Stripes..........that's the Nick mi know!

    Marley9808,
Years ago did the Rockland Bird Sanctuary, then a trip into MoBay for a visit to the casino and then a drink at Margaritaville. My beverage of choice was also the Pina Colada...best one I ever tasted! So now please do tell where is The Push Cart located? Thanks much.

    Nick
I had an overpriced plate of "so so" nachos' there and washed it down with overpriced "so so" drinks. I too felt ripped off. I will never ever purchase anything from there as long as I live. I just might use there washrooms though.

Kristine- I know what you mean, for many years I told everyone that the BEST Pina Colada was at Margaritaville (and it is probably still good, I didn't have one there this year, I might not have had one last time either) but this last trip we had dinner at Pushcart on my birthday and that Pina Colada was perhaps the best one I have EVER had....it was amazingly good. I couldn't get over it...I should have had more! lol
Pushcart is the restaurant on Rockhouse Hotel's property (they have two restaurants now, the main Rockhouse restaurant, and then the Pushcart). It used to be Pirate's Cave Bar if you are familiar with where that is....if not, just head to Rockhouse, you can't miss it

I like to listen to him, admire his business skills (high profit margins/branding/protecting the brand) but the actual product is sub par. I've been to 5 or so of his places in 3 different countries and it's the same thing. I wonder if he actually ate the food on his last reach to Negril last year?
