Better off with a very early morning boat trip. Vincent, among others, will go "pin hooking" for bottom dwellers, or go trolling for tuna long before most people see him making the morning "want to go snorkeling, Mon?" run. Trolling with bamboo outriggers and plastic soda bottle reels is something a fisherman should not to miss!
