I've never seen decent gear anywhere in Negril. I check a bag with ours in it. There are plenty of good eating places near HSH. Teddy's at Blue Cave Castle, Bentley's, Choices, Just Natural, 3 Dives. HSH used to be pretty good dining for breakfast and dinner.
