I'm guessing that the Rui picks you up at the airport and takes you directly to the resort. Somebody will have to take a taxi to one of the stores in Negril to shop. Route taxi's are cheap. You'll pay considerebly more for a regular taxi. Browse the board for how to use the route taxis.
