Chillinthemost, from our experience, Tensing Pen is rather private. My suggestion would be Xtabi. They have a great seaside bar and welcome folks to drop in and snorkel. The entrance into the water is easy too! Just buy a drink or two at the bar, or a great conch burger and you are good to go.
