Always thoughts I'd have more funds when my kids got into college, but that's not the case and quite the opposite. Now I've decided to sell the farm, move to town, and downsize from a 3000 sq ft home to a 1500 sq ft home, just so I can spend more time in Jamaica. It's definitely time. The way I see it, I'll have less house to clean, less yard to mow, less maintenance, and hopefully 2-3 trips a year to JA. Just hope the dogs adjust to city living and I can adjust to having neighbors that are next door and not 1/2 mile away.
