is it easy to get a taxi there at nite?

define "easy" lol just kidding.

They are up a lane so you will want to walk down to the main road but will have no trouble then getting a taxi - that is a busy corner. Coming home just ask the driver to take you up the lane if its dark and they will in my expereince (I usually tip $50J if they do this courtesy). Its seems to be busy with foot traffic when I have been on it but as a single gyal I would maybe walk with others to the road - keep your wits about you at all times just like any other place after dark. Or head out before dark ........ if you know a driver then you can always just give them a call and they will come pick you up. Many have their favorites' cell numbers. Looks like a nice place w/reasonable rates.

There are only two rooms upstairs that have sea balconies. The best is the one NOT on the corner by the office/restaraunt - just ask for Sweetness' room and she will know (lol). It borders the gardens next door and gets more shade. It has one main room and bath - the other has a separate bedroom. Make sure you bolt the verandah door at night even though its tough with the lovely sea breezes. Not sure if they have onsite security right now but they (Jean & Bill) live on property (directly below that room) and lock the gate at night and you will have a key.
