Trip Report Continued

So We checked out of the Grand Pineapple and head over to Seastar Inn

That was the night of the Luciano concert… I never really heard his music before but was dying to check it out…

All I could say is that it started out being such a blur…

We checked in at around 4 pm and immediately hit the swim up bar… let’s just say I had too much to drink.... and way too soon.

To cap things off, I had a JB and Ting... For all you people that know that local drink… you’ll know what I’m talking about! It's strong!!

So I Passed out for an hour when I got back to the room (But it felt like I had only slept for 5 minutes!)

I woke up to Markus pounding my door trying to get me up… apparently from what he told me, it took 10 minutes of pounding my door for me to wake up and realize that I was missing the opening acts of the concert.

I needed to get up and haul ass down there. I more like sloshed down there… I was still drunk and sluggish. I could barely touch my food in the beginning.

Then that’s when it happened....

There was this opening act in which they were playing these African drums and beats. All of a sudden the sound… in combination with the sight of 2 very very very very very beautiful ladies in African costume dancing suddenly just woke me up!

I no longer felt drunk or sluggish but more filled with energy! I ate my food and I started drinking again!

I can’t explain it, but it was like this African spirit that just came over me! The music just made me feel alive and filled with a sense of pride!

I really enjoyed the night hanging with Markus, Daisy, and Bella Bea (Which most of you already know) and listening to Luciano… I must say I loved his music! It was very refreshing and made me get up out of my chair. I was dancing all night.

We wound down the night down with Rob and Lisa . I have to confess that ended up right back where I started when I first arrived at Seastar...

But hey, that’s a beautiful thing!
