TRIP REPORT CONTINUED....
After snorkeling off the cliffs and relaxing in the sunshine..
...we decided to head over to Ivans bar for another round of dirty bananas.
Markus met up with Gentle Ben again...
We realized we were really really hungry. We didn't want to ruin our appetite before 3 Dives Jerk Shack but we needed something in our system.
We perused the food menu and saw an appetizer platter that looked appealing. It had Jerk Shrimp, Conch and Chicken.
This was my first taste of food at Ivans and I'd never had conch before.
“Conch is disgusting, You're going to hate it”, Markus warned.
“I'll take my chances” I told him with a smile. I was just really curious. .
What amazed me is how delicious the conch was!! Markus watched me moan over it and eventually agreed to try a bite himself. I watched him chew it slowly. He didnt' say anything.
“Well??”
“That's really good.”, He relented.
For anyone looking for an affordable eat to share with someone while enjoying a sunset cocktail at Catcha. I really recommend the jerk appetizer platter.
After our meal, Markus was in a state of absolute bliss and relaxation.
Our first sunset at Catcha Falling Star was beautiful...
