The first time we took our daughters to Negril they were 21 and almost 18. I had told them that quite a few places on the cliffs were either topless or clothing optional. My youngest said: I could NEVER do that! But right after jumping from the cliffs at the Rock Cliff hotel she took off her bikini top which was followed very soon by her bikini bottom. We all tossed the items up to our non-swimmer friend on the cliffs. It was the most amazing experience! BTW, I'm German as well.AND it was in broad daylight.
