Great spot to jump from at Catcha. If you could walk straight out of Sagi towards the water, you'll hit this spot. It was the highest spot that I felt comfortable jumping from. The closer you get to Sagi the shallower it gets, or at least that's what my jumping buddy told me. He's a diver and took a peek while he was checking the area out.
I was like a kid while just hanging out on the property. I love jumping off the cliffs and entertained myself all day long. It was great meeting several couples and it was a pleasure to be able to spend a fair amount of time with most of them. The days involved much conversation, much jumping, much drinking, much eating, much swimming and snorkeling, but not much of anything else. I enjoyed the activity of the place, which was as little or as much as you wanted.
Don't mind the elbow, however I wanted you to be able to see what I stared at randomly throughout the day. The lighthouse looks interesting and we had intended to pay a visit. Cliff gravity kicked in and we never made it. Maybe next time.
The sunsets are bittersweet. They are gorgeous, the nights are a blast, however it is another day gone bye and I only have a couple left. Time to hit the bar and say hi to Kev, Ty and all the ladies. Yep, tonight is gonna be a good night, a good good night, can you feel it?
Catcha has all sorts of interesting things to look at. The property is not that big, but you could spend an entire day checking out all the sights. The vegetation is gorgeous, the random art pieces scattered throughout, the place just has so much cool stuff to check out. I never made it up towards Moon, Pieces, or Gemini as I didn't want to intrude on folks privacy. But next trip I'll take a peek as the area has some stuff to see.
This turned out to be my favorite spot to hang out at. During the day you are kind of in the middle of all the cliff jumping action. You have a good vantage point here and several spots to jump from as well. My wife preferred to be on the cove side and enjoyed looking at all the sea life along the cliff walls. What are the things that look like glass balls near the ladder? Glass balls? lol
This one is my current screen saver. I like how if you look real hard you'll see a local hanging out on the cliff, taking in all the beauty. I enjoyed most nights sitting at Ivan's taking in the sunsets. In fact the only other sunset locations we had were day 1 on the beach and the one night we hit up 3 Dives.
There is not a bad seat in the house. The tables just off of Sagi have an incredible ambiance once the sun goes down. Just enough mood lighting makes this spot truly romantic. It was nice one night to step out of the shorts and t-shirt and look a little nicer. My wife cleans up nice and we both enjoyed the time. Watch the sunset, eat at Ivan's, and than hit the bar for a few hours of laughs and tunes. Kevin has some decent pipes and is able to sing a variety of music.
