I just heard from friends that arrived yesterday that Bourbon Beach is open again. I read a while ago that it was closed down and that some Canadian bought the place but still closed. I hope that this is true as we will be arriving on Feb. 9th. and will be looking forward to some of that chicken.

When I was there at new year it was open didnt stop,but am going to give it a try see if its still as good,its Harleys Bourben Beach now.

It's my understanding that "Harley" quickly gained a bad reputation and has left the island. It's not likely that he'll reopen anything but perhaps another party will lease or buy the property.
i have heard just the other day that they are open again, makes me happy being we love thier jerk chichen and pork when they have it, we will be arriving on the 10th of feb. will be staying at the rondell village for a week then on uo the the cliffs at Xtabi. We sure hope its as good as before.
