    Greek Yogurt?

So, I've been on this goofy/highly effective diet for a few weeks. Anyone know if I'll be able to find greek yogurt in any of the groceries in Negril?

Great question! I love Greek yogurt and eat it almost every day. Have never seen it in Negril, though.

I doubt you'll find it but almost everything is imported so never say never.

Thanks, Rainbow! Hopefully, Alfred's won't mind a quick stop there! Oh, and this is the 17-day diet-I've lost 7 pounds in 12 days, eating lean protein, veggies and two servings of fruit a day. No bread, no rice, no sugars. I was skeptical, but it's really healthy since there's no junk food.

I expect all of you to remember and compliment me when we run into each other in Negril

    Sadiekat,
    Too funny.
I grocery shop in madison, do you get your Greek yogurt at Woodies?
That rug really tied the room together.

Rum: if I have to. I eat so much it makes more sense to get it at costco. Headed to Woodmans now, tho; need anything?

I think you'll find Alfred pretty flexible on the way back to Negril.
Better bring a small cooler, you could pack one with soft sides - folded up.

Tell him what you need before you get too far.

We made a few stops on our last ride down.
