I'm not a lawyer but I am definitely with Rob on this one. The TOURIST will always be viewed as the one most likely to have access to CA$H. Especially if street justice prevails. You just never know what the consequences may be and it is not worth the risk.

That being the case, people might want to re-think renting scooters and cars also. This thread could be bad for the rental business.
