well you need to book two weeks out usually to get a half decent fare........
sometimes you are okay a week out........but anything inside of a week you'll be paying a lot.......
so the latest mi would book would be Feb 26th.......mi think you would have a pretty good idea by then
no knowing tll the Feb 29th for a March 4th flight doesn't really help you much....3 days makes a difference
ideally you should always book two weeks or more out to get the best airfare........
