I will be using one of my CC at Mega Mart. I think it would be too much of a hassle to try and find a cambio. My advice would be to check to see if your CC charges the international transaction fee!
Since Mega Mart sells coolers too, I'll just buy one there to put my two or three cases of Red Stripe in! Haha!
