NEGRIL Reggae, Riots & Romance [Paperback] Roberta Raigh Pryor (Author)

I was given this book by Theresa at Just Naturals a few weeks ago. A quick read but enjoyable, reading it seaside at Xtabi while drinking my freshly squeezed OJ from Theresa was pure heaven. ps Theresa will squeeze what ever fruit you wish while you eat breakfast, just bring your own bottle.

Reading it at the moment. About 2/3 through. A nice gentle story of 80's Negril.

I just finished reading this book. Downloaded it to my kindle for our Dec 2011 trip and never got to read it. I agree it was an enjoyable quick read. I'm really missing Negril so I think I will reread "Walk Good". I first read it in 2006 before my first trip. I don't know what it is about Negril but there is always too much going on to read. It is the only vacation where I don't.

I had to laugh at that Mo.... it's the one spot where I actually do draw the line and insist on "me" time (which means reading like mad). I haven't downloaded "Walk Good" yet - so you recommend it?
