restaurants with free pick up or shuttle?

I'm planning my first trip to Negril, on the beach (CC). From what I've been able to piece together, the following restuarants provide some sort of pick up:

Ivan's & Rockhouse - free pickup between 5 -7 pm. You pay your way "home"

Kuyaba - I believe I've read that they'll pick you up AND return you. (I emailed them a week ago to confirm and make a reservation, but no reply yet)

Seastar - I know they provide pickup & return on Sat. nights, but their website indicates anytime (I've also read they have a shuttle, I know they provide one to their guests to the beach everyday, would we hop on that?)

Rhodes Hall provides free pick up/drop off for their Wed. beach/pizza/drinks lunch

    Any corrections or additions?

    Thanks!

mi don't know any restaurant in Negril that won't pick you up for free..........
a lot of places you will have to pay your taxi back to your resort....
call Bentley Crab House 393-6768 and he will have a driver pick you up and drop you off.......
of course a place like Fatty's or Colletes isn't going to send a taxi for you to buy a box meal.......

Kuyaba will pick you up and drop you off. All you have to do is call them.
Calling them also works best for making reservations. They are very slow with the email.

Ok, I found & read the post about Bentley. Sounds great. I read that it's not on the main strip but can you give a general idea? I've got the Negril hotel/restaurant map as a starting point.

Almost anywhere will pick you up but you can also get there for under $5 and considering what $5 means to us yet what $5 means to the people there makes calling for free rides seems futile to me. Not to mention before a first trip there I think many imagine Negril being big and not that you can walk everywhere or imagines taxi's being costly.
My humble advice is don't worry about contacting them before you get there. Negril is not that busy of a place that you couldn't call the day of, or for that matter IMO most places the hour of and get the same results if you decided after seeing one end to another and the life circumstance there that you would like the free ride.

I've been on my own with my 16 yr old son since he was 2 and don't make much money. This trip is a big sacrifice financially but want to treat him & show him a different country. I don't expect there will be another opportunity for me to do that. I can't afford to make long distance calls before we leave. My inquiry may sound "cheap" but money is very tight and if I can find out in advance which places provide pickup, that will help me budget for the trip. I also don't feel comfortable with the two of us walking after dark.
