So yesterday ende up a beach day after a ride in the westend in the morning, returned to Seasplash and was happy hour at the bar!!! Good timing, they play the best music on the deck there, great mix of reggae favourites. So after a few cold Redstripes, I head down the beach for a walk, I went as far as Sunnyside stopped had a few beers withe Kimbobwee (buddy!) and a dirty banana, i had not had one yet?

Next I went up to Sunbeach , there were lots of regulars there, hung out in the smoke from the jerk pit for a while sucked back a few more Redstripes. Wild Parrot was the next stop for sunset, Richard the bartender there is one of the best bartenders around. So had a few Redstripes there, was checking out some dinners coming out there, going to have get over there for dinner for sure! Any way up the beach I go stop at Thrills corner for a patty and Redstripe (afternoon snack) back up to Seasplash, did I mention how good the music is there! Any way had one more Redstripe and went to the room for a quick shower, now I know I am not the only one to make this mistake. You know just layed on the bed for a minute! Oh no out like a light! I guess I was overdue for a good nights sleep anyway.

You wrote: "...thought about heading to the party at Peewee,s but intead got a big bowl of conch soup across the road at Kingfish..." Did you mean Swordfish restaurant by Tigress Lane? I'm always glad to know where I can get a nice cup of fish tea or conch soup!

I thought when I filled up today $3.29 was crazy. But if that's how you figure in JA that would be about $4.45US a gal.,

It's $1.25 / Litre up here in the great white north today. Some places selling at 1.27 / litre for regular. That's $4.75 / US Gallon.. Since US and Canadian bucks are pretty close to par, it's expensive either way you look at it. So considering JA gas is 117 that's equivalent to 1.37 / Litre Canadian or $5.02 / US Gallon.. EEEK..
