Agreed, Marko. They told me the prices were a little higher this year based on increased travel. It is still an excellent deal! I love Coco.
Visited the property in Jan and it is really nice.....I have my eye on the seaview upstairs room (lol)

Last year the run of the house rooms were $77 and the year before they were $70. So the prices are up 17% since last year and 28% in 2 years. A very nice place, but price increases will at least get me looking elsewhere.
