There have been many movies filmed in Jamaica - The Mighty Quinn, Cocktail, Cool Runnings, Stella Got Her Groove Back, Wide Sargasso Sea and one of my personal favorites - Club Paradise!
There are many more I cant think of at the moment...

Dancehall Queen, Rockers, Countryman, The Lunatic, Rocksteady: The Roots of Reggae, and Wah Do Dem are all on Netflix instant. Then there is Shottas, Third World Cop, Smile Orange, Glory to Gloriana, Life and Debt, and many of the others listed above are available on DVD from netflix, but Made in Jamaica is not.
Try Hulu......I believe I watched Wah Do Dem on it...
