I walked over from Westender several times and I think the woman I saw was Arlene..it was a name that was similar to that. It is a unique place and I told Jackie a very funny story one day when I was paying my bill.
This was about a year after Obama was elected and the night before I dreamt that gossip got out that he had an affair and everyone was shocked. Michelle (Obama) was a close friend of mine and I was hanging out with her and at some point I said to her "Michelle, you know you got to come down off that high horse. You're just a woman like the rest of us, just cause you're married to the president, doesn't make you speciai...so you gotta be real." Jackie and I cackled away at that....
