So my airline left a MSG

Well the forecast for Chicago was up to 6 inches of snow, so I decided to get a early start and headed out for the drive to Ohare from Iowa where I live.. Uneventful until I got to i55 and the snow was really coming down.. The cell phone rings, but it's real coldand with all the traffic I am having to wash the windows and drive so I let voicemail get it,. I finally get to my hotel and I check my msgs, to hear its us airways saying my fight for tomorrow morning has been CANCELLED!!

So I check in the hotel, and I head to my room.. I listened to the MSG again to retrieve their call back #, and gave em a call.. The lady on the phone was real helpful, turns out they were able to get me on a differentflight through Charlotte instead of Philly, and I will actually get there a hr before the other flights would have gotten me there.. So all is well after all.. For about 20 min there my BP was pretty high I am sure.. But i am still on schedule for ja tomorrow round lunch time.. Yeah mon..

So I sign in and they have added 3 hours to my layover headed home. I was a little irritated until I got half way thru your story and thought you might not make it at all. And then your hard work paid off and you are getting there earlier.

Well, inflight Internet works! On my way to Charlotte, then a short layover and on to Mobay.. I will keep my eye ope for the backwards walking teacher. Lol. Thanks for the positive thoughts folks.. Soon come is coming soon!
