Change in agenda, can't go to Boardie trip in April.........

    Hello guys,
I'm coming to have to take a rain check in boardie trip to YS and Pelican. I've decided to spend 3 days in Port antonio before heading to Negril.
I have heard so much and have to take time out to spend a little time there.
I'm staying at Mikuzi Guesthouses in fairy Hill. My first time going, but I really want the experience, have never been East in all my years going to JA.
If anyone has any info that may help let me know. Staying Sun - Wed before heading to Sea Star Inn.
Again any info would be greatly appreciated............
    Thanks,
    Copper

You are going to LOVE Port Antonio! We've stayed there twice before heading through the Blue Mountains on our way to Kingston. Make sure you check out Boston Bay* (Boston is the Jerk capital of Jamaica) and perhaps take a trip through the Blue Mountains. If you don't want to go all the way to Kingston you can stop at The Gap, have some coffee or whatever you prefer, and enjoy the fabulous view of Kingston down below.
    * We were welcomed by many Jamaicans and encouraged to sample everything from Jerk Chicken, Pork and sausage.

2017 was our 15th trip to Negril. Other islands we visited: Cozumel, Mexico (4 times) St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Aruba, Harbour Island, Bahamas, Anguilla, St. Maarten/St.Martin, Ambergris Caye, Belize (twice)
