I tried to book NBCC through hotel club last oct. i know the difference in names and went through several sites to make sure i was at the NBCC. when i show up NBCC has no reservation and mariners is trying to put me in one room with ac and let me have keys to another with a safe. the internet was conveniently down and i had no way to show my confirmation e mail which says:

ive got crazy eyes and i used them....they eventually found me a decent room but there are defiantly shenanigans going on with the NBCC bookings.
