Misleading Thread - Negril Beach Club Resort & Negril Beach Club Condos

As I mentioned earlier in the thread I booked through Orbitz for my last trip--for what they listed as NBCC. My confirmation said NBCC. I had booked a studio with a kitchenette and wanted to make sure that I would have the kitchen since I was picking up groceries with a private ride from Mobay. When I called NBCC and asked--they said that orbitz bookings are Mariners and I would need to check with them as I was not staying in NBCC. The two are separately managed and JEan Gaynair manages NBCC. Mariners is listed on many online booking sites as NBCC and it is totally different. When you check in at the main lobby, it is Mariners. When you check in at the little window that opens on to the parking lot, that is NBCC. It is such a drag that Mariners is bringing down the good name of NBCC with their practices. I stayed at NBCC 4 times before this last trip and was always well taken care of.

I wrote Orbitz a letter of complaint pointing out what they were doing and how misleading it was since I thought I was going to be at NBCC. They gave me a discount for my stay but I don't know if they fixed the problem.
