Happened to me this time last year. Booked through Orbitz to Negril beach club which is not NBCC it is Mariners. Got the last room left with a lobby full of pissed off travellers. The room we had all kinds of issues and should not have been rented period. Didnt seem to faze anyone there. I did talk to Jean and she showed us some rooms that were in NBCC and very nice. I would book with her anytime. I agree with Rob it should be titled shame on Mariners not NBCC. Jean wont let you down.
