So sorry about your horrible experience, but glad that Expedia took care of you. We've been staying at NBCC through Jean and her wonderful staff for our last 8 or so reaches and have never had a problem. If it truly was the Mariners side that bumped you (did you check in through the hotel lobby, or outside on the side by the little parking lot?) then it is a shame that they are treating their customers that way - but it's also a shame that Jean and the condo side are also sullied because of the confusion with the name. Again, so sorry for the frustration, but so happy you were able to make the best of it!
