I find this all ridiculous, some people just want to argue for the sake of arguing...

I did a quick Google search of both Negril Beach Club RESORT and then Negril Beach CLub CONDOS. The RESORT came up with all the booking sites like Expedia etc. and horrible Trip Advisor reviews. The CONDO search came up with links to this site and the actual CONDOS website. As a new person to Negril booking on Expedia etc. if you were to google (which I always do when I don't know anything about the area or hotels) you would clearly see that the RESORT sucks. As the people that know the area and hotels it is unfortunate that they think they are getting Jean's side by booking through Expedia and such. The names, however slight, are different thoug. I would suggest continuing to spread the word that the CONDO side does not use Expedia etc.

A suggestion for Jean would be to put a disclaimer on the front page of her website stating that she is not, nor affiilated with, Negril Beach Club RESORT. I would also contact Trip Advisor so that 2 distinct names for reviews are set up.
