We stayed in the condo linked to the first link and it is what you see with a few minor changes, there was a new flatscreen TV as the one that comes to mind. otherwise what you see is what you get!

I have contact info for managers for several that are good. I have had a few people I referred off the boards stay recently and they loved it. I am a raving huge fan of this property. Only piece of property I could see my self living full time. It may not be a staff running hotel but the beauty of that property cannot be lost without major force. Oh my God where to start now in typing I am thinking of the cliff caves and the basketball court and the Point and the beach and the rock natural hot tub and the sunsets you watch go over Booby Cay oy veh.
But.... my disclaimer.. not walking distance to town less you feel like a workout while on vacation.. If you are into renting cars, scooters or taxi's this is magical.

The Condo we rented includes the use of 2 bicycles that we used 3 times to go for a ride. Once almost all the way to town and it is quite a jaunt! Otherwise a car, scooter, or cab on speed dial is a must!!

we stayede in 104 and rolf did a fine job at answering questions and getting us info we needed. unit was ocean front looking right at boobie cay on ground floor with nice large screened in balcony, water pressure was a bit light as was the hot water at times but not even close to being an issue. nice clean unit. unit 105 is 2nd floor and rolf handles that as well, presumably in similar nice condition. as other stated this is VERY quiet place with nothing going on but cabs are a short walk away and quite inexpensive. we are considering buying a unit here for friends and rental but want to make sure the condo association has plan in place for on going maintennace
