They do but I found that the cases of Red Stripe costs more than Hi Lo in Negril. This was the same for bottles water.

I have read that mega mart takes credit cards. Does Hi Lo in Negril take them. What can I expect to pay for a case of Red Stripe.

Mega mart does take credit cards and so does Hi Lo. I can't remember how much I paid for a case but I will look for my receipt and post.
