    Looking for Canoe

i have read so much about the Canoe Bar and am planning to go there this trip. But . . . I don't know where it is. I know it is a "beach bar" but can you walk to it on the beach? Please give me some directions!

It's actually on the West End, w/ a small beach. Just ask the taxi driver, he'll know.....

Print off this map - it will be of great help. There may be some changes that have not been updated on it, but most is still the same. Canoe can be found on page 4 at the 2km mark. It is not on the main beach at all - it is past town heading to the cliffs. Canoe has a beautiful section of beach of it's own so it is often referred to as a bar on the beach.
The pier is a great land mark to watch out for - if you pass that you have gone too far.

Yeah the rings are supreme, I had a strange thing happen on this trip, Canoe became my breakfast stop. The Canoe eggs sandwich is so good!
