I did something similar to this a few years ago. I went to mo-bay on a scooter. My mom was staying in an al inclusive, and I was joining her for 3 days. I packed a backpack, and under the seat, and was off. No problems at all. I have also driven to sav a few times on a scooter. I get nervous easy, so you know what I do??? I pull over and wait. Now there is parts where it's sketchy to pull over, but you just travel at a speed where your comftorble, until you can pull over and stop. I love traveling on a scooter. If I were you brasi, I would consider packing a backpack, leaving your luggage with hotel or some place or someone you trust.
