Funny you mention that, when we were driving to Port Antonio in October last year we passed by an area where a lot of construction and work was going on. Looked over and there was a large plant I guess you would call it, with Chinese writing all over the place and large equipment like you would see in the states. There was a whole lot of activity and when we asked what it all was we were told it was the Chinese who were rebuilding the railroads in Jamaica.
