    Question Your Paintings

How do you frame your paintings?? I know some of ours are an odd size, so Jim makes these.

Great idea!! Absolutely love, love the ones with sand and shells!! I'll have to try that one out. I did come up with one cool idea but it was for some carvings that we bought. The base of many JA carvings are either not level or not large enough...they tend to fall over easily!! So, I had my neighbor cut me a round piece of wood with a small hole in the middle. I stained the base to match the carving and then took a large screw and attached. I don't have a picture right now, but hopefully, you get my drift. It works great!!

Keep the ideas coming! Thanks you guys!

I would love to get a frame like that..I was lucky enough to get a Karl Ricketts too, so I have one that he sold me at a discount since I was at the end of my stay and nearly broke, and was very grateful for it! I don't have it framed and hung yet though, but that is something on my 'to do' list. Here's the pic on the coffee table (just shown so you get a proportion of it) and then a close up of the painting.
