Wonderful day at the beach then the fight

Yesterday was our anniversary and the wife Grace wanted a beach day. Started from HSH got down to Beach, not going to say how because I am done with that RT talk. Made it quick and joined the webcast at Seasplash. Met Rob and Lisa,Jim the owner and a bunch of others and had a great time. The show was really good and can not wait until Sunday for part two there.

Left the webcast and decided we would take a stroll on the beach. Walked all the way to town on the beach stopping long enough to replenish with a cold Red Stripe A three beer walk. Got into town and decided since we walked this far already it would be a shame to get a ride to go to Canoe, so we decided to keep walking. First real experience walking on the cliff road. It was actually knid of fun and we played pied piper with Grace following me. Only one real tough curve but we survived.

Came up to Sunset after dark and felt like after our walk deserved a cold one for the accomplishment. We had met Patrick, the owner the night before when we had dinner there and that was great food. No burger but fish. Sat and had one with Cathy and Patrick then hoofed the short jaunt to Canoe for the webcast.

We were late for the beginning of the webcast but still had a great time meeting others. That's when the fight first begun. Met Patty and told her that I have heard they have famous Rum Punch. She said yep and you just made for the last 2 for 1 specials. Yee Haw I will take two which I forgot meant four.THe first one was great down the hatch ready for the second. Ordered the onion rings and finishing the second one started getting a few left jabs but did not throw in the towel I know I had some fight left in me. Then the tasty onion rings came so I ordered another rum punch to wash it down.Well that's when it happened the fight was going downhill fast. Decided we better leave and get by the hotel to finish the night. Got back and went up to the room to change and go down to the bar.

That was it, never made it out of the room bed flop and out for the count. I had now been officially TKO'd by Kiby's rum punch. I know you all warned me about the punch there but we did not listen very well.

Great anniversary thanks to all and Kirby and Patty I want a rematch, still have a week left. Fight 1 Kirby is the winner by TKO

Cute! And Happy Anniversary. I think that if you had not walked all day, you would not have lasted so long. Good job!
