Stuart Love....Nice!! Wonder if it is due to your Canadian account??? I checked with both Netflix and Amazon....which both told me that the movies were only able to be viewed in the US and Canada. Might give it a try next time, just for the heck of it. Last trip, left mi laptop at home. Next trip we are staying longer, so I'll probably grab my laptop.
Yeah,I'm not sure if it's just because it's a Canadian account through netflix.ca or not.I tried it last month when I was there and it worked.On both the Mac and the iPad.

my US netflix account was able to watch movies in jamaica via my lime 3g service.. however some shows were blocked.. family guy, cleveland show, king of the hill - none of these were visible in jamaica.. but some movies did work

I connect to the vpn at work. It spoofs a us ip and i get pandora and all sites to work. Also have a slingbox at home so i can watch my home tv and dvr.
