Why people cram themselves in to Legends I will never understand.

I agree, but here are the reasons: 1, cheap prices combined with misleading use of term "all-inclusive" (at Legends, it's really a meal plan); 2, crowded because of Samsara shuttle; 3, strong Internet presence.
