One of many drinks I partook of at Buddy's Bar...
A roasted garlic and cream cheese quesadilla with pinapple salsa...I had one of these the day I arrived, and then pretty much every day after that! So good....
A nice afternoon at the Office of Nature, waiting for 3 o'clock so I can head to Blue Cave Castle for my last couple of days...

nice pics, mi soon come
I understand the new chef at Buddy's is a recent expatriate from Philadelphia. An acclaimed chef here in his own right. He moved to Negril with the intent of teaching the Jamaican cooks new techniques (like making crepes), while taking advantage of the fresh ingredients. Looking at these pictures, the result is fantastic!
Actually, I just found the article:

We'll definitely need to check out buddy's on our next reach!
Yes Lady J...office of nature...but not the one with restaurant build there now, the "new" location where the "original" guys moved down to a couple of years ago...I know, complicated...lol
Yes, David is good at what he does and seems to be getting quite a following in Negril. I really enjoyed everything I tryed, and the chefs in training are doing a great job too. Some of the food is "expected" like fish and lobster dishes...but he mixes in some not so expected too, like Roasted Beet Root with Jamaican apple julienned on top...over a bed of arugula...really nice.
Finally made it to Blue Cave Castle.....first time in this room, now my favorite (except for the penthouse)....

Beautiful photos, Orchid! Have been hearing/reading a lot about the Wild Parrot. Will have to stop by and check it out the next time I'm in Negril.
Sorry if I missed something but where did you get that quesadilla??? **Edited: Nevermind. Helps if you actually pay attention LOL
Pics are great, thanks!
