Pee Wees would be good snorkeling for the cost of a couple drinks, Xtabi is a great swim and decent snorkeling for the same. I would bet Charlie at Home Sweet Home would be amenable to using the cliffs if you dined/drank there and the snorkeling there is excellent to the left and the right. Joseph's Cave would be great snorkeling also, usually requiring drinks and a usage fee.
