Negril Escape is a great place to snorkle, lots of things to see, little caved in the cliffs, and it's deeper in some areas than what you see elsewhere and lots of sea life. Keep in mind, snorkling after a full moon (2 days) seems to bring out the little jellyfish buggers, just be careful. Also don't go in the water immediately after heavy seas, similar things with jellyfish occur. Other than that, it's absolutely amazing snorkling at the cliffs.
